1. Contact us for availability for December during the week or weekend.

 

2. Rather than charging our normal fee to host this tour.  We erased the fee completely and ask that you lock in your event date by pre-purchasing 100 individual general admission tickets ($2,000 total).  That's it.  Sell all 100 tickets to recoup your up-front cost and hosting this tour costs you virtually NOTHING.  You can begin selling the 100 tickets or give some to your staff and spouses or as give-a-ways to people in the community that you would love to see come to your church.  The $2000 locks in your event date, helps us begin booking our airfare and print tickets.  In order to offer you this "FREE" offer, One Goal Productions keeps 100% of ticket sales.

Advance Ticket prices:  * at the door ticket prices will be $10 higher.

$20 per individual (general admission ticket)

$30 per person (VIP seating & pre-show meet & greet 30 minutes prior to doors opening)

* Ticket prices include FREE babysitting for the duration of the show.

 

3. Start advertising to your church and community.  We will give you the high resolution poster for you to print.  We will print all tickets and handle any online sales.  We ask that you encourage your church members to purchase tickets for themselves and their unchurched friends.  This is an amazing opportunity to see people from the community come to your church that may normally not come.

 

4.  You are responsible to line up adequate number of volunteers willing to watch kids for the duration of this event & provide four adult volunteers to help serve at the event collecting tickets etc (volunteers attend free). Also, please provide a sound tech, transportation for the Coverly's to and from the airport, hotel room and meal allowance of $75 (cash or visa card).
